Founded in 2019 in HK, DimOrder is a one-stop digital platform for the food and beverage industry in HK to increase operating efficiency and improve customer experience.

Just a few months after the launch, the Covid crisis had severely disrupted the restaurant industry, and almost destroyed the start up. DimOrder adjusted its business strategy and turned the crisis into an opportunity. Two years later, DimOrder signed up over 1,000 restaurants in HK, grew its recurring revenue from zero to US$3.5M, and became a leader in the industry. Now it plans to expand into Southeast Asia to become a regional player.
